Subscriptions are Final and must be canceled by the Client

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

90-Day Quality Warranty
You will receive a 90-Day quality warranty from the date of order on OR Routers. A 30-day guarantee on Hotspots. We test each product very carefully before we process the shipment. (Routers made by other manufacturers: one must follow the manufacturer’s warranty and return policy.)

15-Day Money-Back Policy
You may return the shipment within 15 days of the order date. Your order will be refunded upon receiving the product in its original packing. Please note that postage costs for the initial order are not refundable.

To return your product timely, you must first speak with our sales team to see if we can resolve your issue. If we are not able to solve your problem, you may request an RMA code, from the Warranty & Return Web Page. The RMA # and a unique returns address come with the authorization.

Any returns received without an RMA authorization, outside of 15 days from the original purchase date, or to the wrong address will not be refunded.  Subscriptions must be terminated by the client by logging into https://www.omni-range.com/my-account/

RESTOCKING FEE

If the return package has below conditions that affect the reselling of the product, these restocking fees will be charged.

â—¦ Damaged equipment will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
â—¦ Missing equipment or components will be subject to a 30%~90% restocking fee depending on the value of missing items.
â—¦ The non-original or damaged packaging may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. All fees are cumulative.

RMA Return Procedures

To process a return request, please contact the sales team at first. We may able to help you to solve the issues you have.

• If you have any quality problems before 15 days of the purchase date, please return it to us for repair or refund.
• If you have missing products in your shipment, once confirmed, we will be responsible for a refund of the value of the product or reship the missing product(s).
• If you want to cancel an order before delivery from our warehouse, no fee will be charged. If shipping has already been arranged, we can not cancel the shipment.
• If your products are passed 15 days of the purchase date, and you want a refund, we will charge a 25% restocking fee, minium. The original shipping cost is not refundable.
• If you are sending your product for repair, you can send only part of the product to reduce the costs of shipping.
• If you want a refund on the returned product, please make sure the return package is in the original condition with the original packaging.
• The original packaging includes manuals or any printed materials. No exceptions.
• If an accessory or the original item were lost during the process of your return, we would deduct the price of the lost item from the refund amount.
• If your products are passed one year since the delivery date, you may request an RMA code and return it for repair.
• If you do receive an RMA, we will charge a 20~50% repairing fee depending on the product conditions. You are responsible for the return postage and any shipment charges in all cases.
• All Data Plans are non-refundable.

Please package your return in a manner that will prevent damage as we cannot accept returns damaged in transit. Returns should be free of non-removable labels and writing on the product or packaging. The product packing will be in a seperate box to protect the “original packing.”  Returns must include a tracking number. Returns must also be insured for $300.00.
